Armadillo Country!
Along with the Character Design, I was in charge of creating the Level Background (and additional concepts) for our Armadillo Platformer.
The level we decided to turn into a prototype took place in the icy tundra, so I focused on icebergs and glaciers.
I started off with a concept and tried to keep the different layers of depth in mind.
Later, I made each of these layers a separate sprite, so that our programmer could make them move separately, at different speeds.
In addition to the icy tundra, I created concepts for a desert, jungle and cave level background
